Returns and Exchanges

​If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like a full refund, please return the unused goods, in the original packaging including the Returns Form, within 14 days of receipt to the address below. Any returns received after the 14 day window, from date of purchase, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

​You will then receive an email from us, notify we have received the returned items, and another once inspected to see if you qualify for a full refund or exchange. If you have been approved your refund will be processed back onto your original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that if your item has been marked down we will only refund you the current cost price.

If you wish to exchange your purchase please contact us at info@danielleneilldesigns.co.uk detailing your purchased item and what you wish to change it for, either the same product or the equivalent of.

​If you need a new Returns Form, please contact us at info@danielleneilldesigns.co.uk and we will email a new copy over to you.
